• Useful laundry room with storage area for wet suits, surfboards, walking boots etc.
• Fully equipped kitchenette on the upper floor is a valuable feature for those with children or special diets. Have your takeaway delivered and dine in style, making use of he Kitchenette and Conservatory
• Laze away a sunny afternoon in a deckchair on the patio.
• Barbecue - watch the sunset with a bottle of wine. Glasses and corkscrew provided.
